Keane Info & Friday Five

Friday, May. 11, 2007 - 6:57 a.m.

Up early today, so here's a Friday Five.

If you were a nocturnal animal, what nocturnal animal would you be?

Well, hm. Raccoons have opposable thumbs, so I guess that's what I'd choose. So, just in case the occasion arose, I could type.

Which is better: to obey the law to avoid punishment, to obey the law because the law makes sense, or to obey the law because everyone should?

The middle one.

Who is your favorite all time movie villian?

I can still think of Nurse Ratched and get sick to my stomach.

Are any kind of ethics involved in wearing a hat?

Homeboys have begun wearing their visors under-side up. Stop doing that, because you look like you have damage. And for god's sake, take those ridiculous things off when you're in a movie theater.

When is the best time for you to take a 20 minute nap? Why?

Never. It's not a complete sleep cycle and can do more harm than good.

Okay, if you wanna play Friday Five, the links are to the left.

---

The Keane concert was not postponed.

It was relocated.

Instead of at the Greek Theatre, it's going to be at the Gibson Amphitheatre, which is over in Universal City, about seven miles away.

Yes, the fire is under control, and yes, the Greek Theatre is perfectly safe.

But the fire departments are using it as their field command center.

I am presuming they're utilizing the dressing rooms and showers and food stations and whatnot.

We think we know where the new setup is, but wish us luck, anyway.

---

Would you believe I have to pack *again*? I'm taking the train from Anaheim to Van Nuys to see a friend of my mother's, and we're going to the concert together and sharing some memories.

---

That's pretty much it.

Have a good Friday!
