Life In Theory Monday, May. 12, 2008 - 12:16 a.m. A couple of things of interest. First, Old Buddy Dave showed me this. I'm assuming the fly is channeling archy. Not sure who's gonna get that, so here's a link. --- Second, we found a second laptop, for John to be using in tandem with his desk tower. As it turns out, even though the transaction was anonymous until the purchase was complete, the laptop happened to have been owned by somebody very creative and fannish. So, there's nice magic there in it already. The plan is to set the new puter up with an external monitor, mouse, and keyboard, from which the laptop can be disengaged and traveled with. At least this is how it works in Theory. I wish I lived in the town of Theory. Everything works in Theory. --- I had one of those caption juxtapositions happen to me late Sunday night while I was flipping channels between the news programs ... "Teen dies after fight / for superdelegates." --- Sunday was quiet here. I hope everybody who observed it in whatever manner had an enjoyable Mother's Day. Have a good Monday. ---
