Blue Daisy Wednesday, Jul. 02, 2008 - 2:09 a.m. I found a pictorial over in the Seattle PI showing this year's Miss Universe contestants in swimwear. They are all gorgeous of course, but if you'll take the time for a good long hard look, ahem, you'll notice a trend. Only about three of them are blonde. Yay for brunettes! Nummy nums! --- My singing voice is going to be a part of Orange County Public Access television for some time to come. About a year or so ago, I recorded a song to the tune of 'Turkey In The Straw', with words inviting viewers to become part of the programming, which was to be set to a dancing blue daisy. A little while ago, Dave and I went over to Bob Chance's place to finally see what's been done, and I also received a DVD of it. Obviously, this is not exactly on par with the Wilhelm Scream, but it was a fun project to be a part of. Special thanks to Dave for the screen capture. So, if you're in Orange County, California, and you are tuned in to the correct channel at the right time -- in Anaheim, that would be channel 97 -- you'll see the Blue Daisy, and you'll hear Yours Truly. --- Nothing else to report. I head back to San Francisco tomorrow night. Have a good Wednesday. ---
