Californians Are F'ed

Wednesday, May. 20, 2009 - 12:57 a.m.

Bass practice went pretty well yesterday afternoon.

I made it to the full thirty minutes, and I am concentrating on two songs.

One of them is 'Fever', and the other one is 'Another One Bites The Dust', the latter of which has a surprisingly simple bass line.

Well, I mean, it's simple once it's learned. But yeah. Not too complicated.

---

Well, the election returns are in and everything was defeated except measure F.

Oh, and by the way SURPRISE, I never heard back from whatisface at the Secretary Of State's office.

It's a real pity that people don't have enough self worth to respond and acknowledge when they've had their hat handed to them.

---

Now that I actually own a jump drive, this is funny.

---

Finally, a word about the format change that's vaporized KKSF. When I used to travel down here to the Bay Area before moving here, KKSF was one of the radio stations I really looked forward to listening to. And now, in the true tradition of Clear Channel, it has been squelched and replaced with something called The Band, which is allegedly something that more people will listen to.

Yeah, right. Fix the sound, fer gosh sakes.

---

Nothing else going on.

I'll have pics of the bass (with its user) very soon, I promise.

Have a good Wednesday.
