Yesterday, I took some pictures of the kittehs, so here's my two faves...

Her fur has mostly grown back.

Also, I had the pleasure of speaking to Dave Kern yesterday, the recently semi-retired bass player of the Bob Chance band; he sounds like he's enjoying his time off.

He asked me about a half dozen thoroughly amazing questions about how my bass playing was progressing, and gave me about six months worth of valuable advice in the space of a seven minute phone call.

I am borrowing a bass from him, and before I go back home, I am going to take a lot of pictures of it.

A passing of note: Mollie Sugden has died at age 86.

She was one of my favorite female comedians -- and I am unanimous in that.

Heh No, not every day, and not even in the day LIGHT. I have systemic lupus and have to be a vampire because of what the sun does to my skin! Also, it's smegging HOT down here. I swear to Insert Diety of Choice Here If Applicable, the thermometer shoots way up the instant I climb on the plane. I'm thinking of changing my middle name to "RecordHighTemperatures." Anyways, hi back! xoxoxo
