Media & Heat

The Los Angeles radio media is very interesting this week; all they seem to be doing is talking about various aspects of the death of Michael Jackson.

There's supposed to be a memorial at Staples Center on Tuesday, which will be different than the funeral on Monday.

There's talk of a thirty-car funeral procession.

Over a thousand of the area's police officers have been requested to discontinue any leave they may have been taking, and be prepared to work overtiime during Monday and Tuesday.

I guess I'm terrible for not giving a rat's whisker about any of this as long as I can get back to the airport on Thursday night.

We didn't get to the parks last night, as Wednesday's work load and Thursday's heat caught up with Dave and me respectively.

Another attempt will be made today.
