Chicken Game

Happy Sunday.

The rain-drenched game was incredible last night, but what kept pulling my attention out of the score was the sound of the gloves when the ball hit.

My ex-husband Andy was a butcher's apprentice.

Sometimes when he was rendering and dressing a chicken for me to cook, I'd hear that same sound.

As a dyed in the world Angels fan, I hate like anything to say this, but the Angels lost fair and square.

But it was still a hell of a great game!

Today is music day over in Vacaville, by way of Vallejo. Tomorrow, I pack.

And finally, on Tuesday, I leave for Anaheim for a week.

Looking foward to this stuff, if I can handle it. :-)
