Alan's Birthday

Today is October 29th.

It's the birthday of my bandmate and song partner and old and dear friend, Alan Brownlee.

Have a good one, and I'm so glad we are back in touch.

Yesterday, Laila The Wonder Cat shoved the VCR off of the bedroom television and it made such a huge noise that I screeched and woke Dave up -- and the long story short is that we couldn't go back to sleep.

So we went to the River Belle.

And we also did the Haunted Mansion.

Meanwhile, some four hundred miles away from here, the Bay Bridge is still closed.

I'll be grateful if they can get it open again by Friday, when I fly home, but if not, John's all set to take the San Mateo Bridge over to get me.
