Guilty as charged! It could be worse...it could have been the VERY annoying theme to a Disneyland ride that has a huge clock in front of it...

Problem is, my wife loves that ride. I go on it JUST to please her. But then, she goes on the roller coasters to please ME. I will say this - every time we go to Disneyland, I HAVE to watch the clock strike on an hour. Don't care what hour, just ON an hour. The whole display is wonderful.

Anyone here old enough to remember the costume presentation/shtick Karen Schnaubelt & Co did back at a Westercon some time in the early 80s? -- "It's a Mall World after all, it's a Ringworld after all, it's a Thieve's World after all... etc." -- rather funny at the time!

On a rather bizarre note... I did Friday Five, posted my favorite scent (Patchouli), and then read yours (Drakkar Noir). Today, as I left for work, I sprayed myself with two spritzes of Drakkar, and a drop of patchouli on each wrist and behind my ears. The yin~yang adventure continues....
