Kransky Sisters & Stuff Friday, May. 19, 2006 - 10:07 a.m. I managed to impart something of what to expect from the Kransky Sisters to John, who didn't hear them on the 4BC broadcast. However, I am not completely daft, as I waited until John was in his traction gear and splayed out helplessly on the bed for his thirty-minute treatment and couldn't get away before I shared their extremely unique talents. The phrase that works is "Imagine the Lennon Sisters after a really bad hit of acid." On a related note, had a pleasant surprise this morning when I looked in my email. -- Ian Maurice -- one of the 4BC talk show hosts in Brisbane -- actually popped a note off to ask what on earth I'd said to John about the Kransky Sisters and to thank me for emailing him. My response to him got away from me -- and now he's got a novel waiting for him in his inbox. --- John had a meeting today so he let me cut his hair again. After what I did to him a couple of weeks ago, this was an act of faith beyond most mere mortals. He's purty again. --- I don't feel like monkeying with the Friday Five today. Allergies still in high dudgeon. --- I think that's it. Have a good weekend, pigeons! ---
