First Day Of June Thursday, Jun. 01, 2006 - 7:41 a.m. It's the first day of June. Hurricane season begins today. It's also the first day of winter in Australia. --- Saw on the news today that this would have been Marylin Monroe's 80th birthday. --- Thank you to Hissandtell for the heads-up: Todd Russell and Brant Webb are in the USA now, with their families. If their first stop was Los Angeles, I presume they have at least received an offer to go to Disneyland, since ABC has secured exclusive interview rights. They will also be seeing a Broadway show, and going to visit Ground Zero. --- What in the hell was the matter with Yahoo Messenger last night? Nobody's webcams worked, and Jamie says last night the size of the program quintupled in size on his hard drive. Bleah. --- The landlord strikes again. Our buzzer went off at about seven thirty this morning. The garage door lock was just upgraded, and wow, gee, the garbage collectors hadn' t been issued their own copy of the key. --- Not sure where the first five months of the year went. Have a nice Thursday. ---
