Pets Saturday, Jan. 06, 2007 - 3:22 a.m. I didn't do the Friday Five yesterday, so here:
Nope. Not right now. What was your very first pet? Do you remember its name? The very first critter I can remember being part of the household was a green budgie named Mr. Green Jeans. He escaped during a bath. Is there an animal you would never have as a pet? I've heard of people attempting to make house pets out of monkeys. That just sounds insane. They are tireless and inventive and screechy. What common pet have you always wanted but never had? Why not? Been pretty lucky, having had the chance to raise a cat and a dog. My mom got to raise a chinchilla once; I think I'd like to do that sometime. Snakes seem interesting, too. What wild animal (extinct or not) would you own if you didn't have to worry about its adjustment or the cost of captivity? Well, the rainbow lorikeet is kind of pretty, but I don't know if they're noisy or bitey. I understand that they have runny shit, though. But then again so do I, which means we'll understand one another. Link is over to the left. --- So. Marylin Manson and Dita Von Teese are getting divorced. Sigh. I said the same thing about them that I said about Angelina and Billy-Bob: "Well THAT ought to last forever." --- Sorry not a long post today. I'm pretty proud of something Old Buddy Dave accomplished on Friday, but I'm gonna wait and let HIM write about it. Have a good Saturday. ---
