New Shoes Tuesday, Mar. 13, 2007 - 1:35 a.m. I fooled around and forgot to pack my walking sneakers to bring back to SF the last time I was away. I made them promise not to come to life and attack Dave, and he's agreed to just keep them there until I come back. However, John was worried about this and so we went out and got me a new pair, in case I need to walk a distance up here in SF. That was a sweet thing to do, John! Thank you!! We ate at Denny's instead of at home, because it was too hot to cook; we went to the Denny's in Serramonte instead of in Pacifica, and happened across a very cool and attentive waitress named Nancy. So, if you go there, sit at her station. And we found one more clock to change, in the car. --- 95.7 Max FM disappeared. It was one of the 'Whatever We Want' formatted stations and it was really interesting. It's been replaced by The Wolf, which is apparently nothing more than Young Country. Excuse me, call me an old fart, but unless the country song was popular when I was in elementary school, or earlier? Ain't worth it. The last country song I can remember liking while it was still on the charts was 'Southern Nights' by Glen Campbell. --- Tuesday Twosome question:
That's kind of easy, since they're both within eyeshot from the nearest hill. 1. The Golden Gate Bridge 2. The Transamerica Pyramid Link is to the left. --- I think that's it. Have a good Tuesday. ---
