Spring 2007 Tuesday, Mar. 20, 2007 - 2:45 a.m. I found an old optical illusion that I used to enjoy from grade school, and I had to show it to you. The A and B boxes are exactly the same shade. --- Welp, I got all turned around again, sleepwise. I stayed awake all night, for one reason and another, and then John called in sick so he could go to the chiropractor and get his left leg worked on. But I was expecting something from UPS from at least two companies, so I tried to stay awake in the living room. Finally I gave up and went to bed right before John got back from the chiro. He got back, and offered to be stationed in the living room so I could get some sleep. Sur enough, just as he made that offer, the door buzzed and here were some of the things that were expected. John says the very cool UPS guy said to tell me hi. --- Later that evening when I came to, we tuned into an episode of Unwrapped, and it showed how potato chips were made, and John couldn't stand it and put his shoes back on and went to the corner store to score some Pringles. The Food Network is calorie porn. I've nicknamed it The Eating Channel. --- I'm still coughing. Whatever this is that stole my voice two weeks ago is still lurking. Mostly when I wake up, but it's annoying. It's that lingering coughing thing that is going around. Feh. --- Today is the first day of Spring. Happy Day! --- Till next time! ---
