Garage Band Contest Tuesday, Jun. 19, 2007 - 12:27 a.m. The Erasure Information Service announced a contest that I'm actually going to enter. They've uploaded a Garage Band version of one of the songs from the new album, with an invitation to download it and monkey with it, then send it back to them. If they like the remix, they'll include it when this single is released. The contest ends at the end of July. Can you say NO SLEEP FOR SIX WEEKS? Sure. I knew you could. Mind you, it would be the mother of all ironies if I took this thing home. There's a little imp in my soul that would adore it if that happened. But the more practical and predominant side of me has the imp in a jar with holes punched in the lid. Even if I personally do not win, that's okay, because they're planning to publish everybody's entries on the EIS site anyway. --- Dave's CPAP hose sprung a leak a couple of evenings ago; he hooked up the spare, and on Monday, we got him a replacement spare. No idea when or if he'll need it, but at least it gives peace of mind. --- Not a terribly long post today. Have a good Tuesday! ---
