Harry, Meme, Lost & Found

Tuesday, Jul. 24, 2007 - 12:25 a.m.

First, something very nice regarding Harry Potter.

The real Kings Cross railway station platform has some authorized signage for Platform 9 3/4.

Maybe it's been around awhile, but I just now found that, and I thought that was nice.

This was found over in the Memes List, under this Tuesday Twosome link.

How many memes do you do weekly and what are they?

Friday Five and just about anything else I find interesting.

How do you find new memes and do you share them with other internet bloggers?

I Google for them, and also see them on other people's blogs.

What are the two main reasons you do memes?

When my own well runs dry of ideas.

If you can recall, what are the two funniest meme questions you have ever answered?

Sorry. See above. Well is dry.

Do other peoples answers influence your answers and your thoughts of that person?

No, and sometimes.

Link is uppa yonder, go ahead and filch this if you want to.

I misplaced my pentacle for over a week. I was certain I'd lost it somewhere up in Yuba City.

JUST long enough to mourn its disappearance, and start wearing another one that had been a gift from my friend Alison in Texas.

I also ordered myself a new one.

And the day after I did THAT -- I found my old one on the rug next to the nightstand, in the shadow-throw from the little lamp.

I've decided to retire that first pentacle, as it has been my primary one since 1990 -- and other than a brief space of time in the middle of 1991, it's never been away from me.

But it's safe now, in a jewel box in a sooper seekrit place.

Okay, there ya go. Have a Tuesday.
