Year Of The Rat / DOOL Thursday, Feb. 07, 2008 - 12:47 a.m. Today is my last day here. I fly back to San Francisco this evening. I'm not sure how it happens, but it seems that the clothing I bring with me on my trips seems to expand when I attempt to pack it back into the same suitcase it emerged from. As usual, it's been an excellent trip. Old Buddy Dave, thanks for being a wonderful host. Honestly, I don't care if the clothes and stuff expanded, as long as it weighs the same. --- The media down here in the Los Angeles area is fascinating, especially the ads, now that the elections are over. The predominant things that are being advertised are the movies which have been nominated for Academy Awards. Showing again in limited engagements here and there, or soon to be on DVD. --- Nothing but NOTHING is dislodging me from the television this afternoon, though. DOOL is winding up a storyline that's been in the works for about a quarter century. Today is supposed to be one of the best episodes in the show's history since the one featuring the final appearance of the character of Renee Di Mera. I look forward to it. --- Sorry not a very long post, loves. Happy Year of the Rat! Have a good Thursday. ---
