Unprofessional Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2008 - 1:22 a.m. Last night at sunset, the fog rolled in, but it wasn't that bone-chilling, wintery fog that we have had. Instead, it was almost warm. Weird, like in that Stephen King story. We don't have that happen very often out here right at the water's edge, but when it does, it's always kind of an odd surprise. --- Natalie Cole went on record as saying she disproves of Amy Winehouse, a recovering addict, receiving five Grammy Awards, one of them being Best New Artist. Have a look at this article, where she says in part: ...Cole, a multiple Grammy winner who helped announced Winehouse's record of the year victory at Sunday's ceremony in Los Angeles, criticized the award in an interview on People magazine's website. How bitterly ironic this statement is. Friends, let me tell you something about Natalie Cole. Natalie Cole was awarded the Best New Artist Grammy in 1976, right after her arrest in Toronto for heroin possession. And THERE she went, shooting her cakehole off about Amy Winehouse. Unsympathetic and unprofessional, right down the line. If anything, Miss Cole should understand what hell Miss Winehouse is in the middle of right now. Oh, well. --- All right, there you go. Have a good Tuesday, and Happy Darwin Day! ---
