Raindrops and Boomshine Saturday, Feb. 23, 2008 - 2:52 a.m. I played Boomshine for awhile last night. I'd forgotten how simple and entertaining and pleasant-sounding this game is. Word of advice; Turn off the accompanying piano. --- There's a big storm hanging off of the West Coast this fine early Saturday morning. Winds are expected to be up around forty miles per hour with gusts up to sixty. Residents of the SF Bay Area have been told to expect tipped-over trees and downed power lines. Of course this is happening during the same weekend as Chinese New Year and Wondercon. Rats. (Yes, this is a play on words, sortakinda...) --- I haven't heard another word from the delivery company. This could be one of two things. Either they are consulting with their attorney as to their next move -- or they are hoping I'll leave them alone. Let me assure you that the second one is not likely to happen until I'm satisfied with their delivery procedures when it comes to making certain that medical products arrive safely in the hands of the individual they are being sent to. --- Small post, kids. Have a good Saturday. Stay dry, and here's hoping your power stays on. ---
