Melancholy Tuesday, Apr. 22, 2008 - 12:42 a.m. Monday morning started with a yelp for me, when I leaped out of bed into my husband's arms with a nasty leg cramp. He'd been leaning over to try and tuck me in for a final time before he headed to work. He cleared out of the way and I was able to walk it off, but wow, that thing hurt! I laid back down and dozed and managed to sleep through a noon telephone call from Old Buddy Dave. --- When I finally came to and shambled out to the computer, I booted up, logged on, and who should be there on YM in addition to Dave but none other than Scott. He's back at home, having not shattered into a bunch of little pieces from the effects of the temperature change. --- John enjoyed his iPod shuffle today at work; I think we're onto something with the pseudo station identifications. --- There's not a lot I feel like writing about; I'm a little melancholy because it's my father's birthday today. Had he lived, he would have been 72. If you haven't already done so, go and mouse over the starfish and read about him. --- That's it. Have a good Tuesday. ---
