Brave New Flavor Thursday, Jun. 26, 2008 - 12:28 a.m. John went back to work after a couple of days of grot, and he's feeling much better, especially after getting unbent by the chiropractor on Wednesday night. Yay! --- Dave and I went shopping yesterday and I got some more yogurt, and we got frozen dinners, and some savory salty crunchies to help me deal with A Certain Relative Due To Visit Soon, and one of the things we did was raid the shelf where the Pringles lived. He got some old faves like Original and Sour Cream and Onion -- and I grabbed a newer flavor called Bacon Ranch. Egads. I am not sure what to think of this. I don't hate it. It's just -- peculiar. I don't expect the flavor of a salad dressing to go crunch. And it seems to have a strange kind of metallic aftertaste. I'm not sure it can be recycled, except *maybe* if it were dipped in semi-sweet chocolate and allowed to harden. Yeah, I know, weird. But I'm open to more flavors of everything since a month ago when I lost my sense of taste for nearly two weeks. --- Let me show you a site! Here's Signspotting! --- Not a long post; I missed my nap on Wednesday afternoon and I didn't watch any news, yesterday, either. I did read some reviews of Wall-E, though, and people seem to like it. --- Have a nice Thursday! ---
