Last Day 2008 Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2008 - 12:53 a.m. Today is the last day of 2008, which of course means for those who are still paper-based, a few minutes should be devoted to writing '2009' on checks. --- John and I sat up far into the night as Monday became Tuesday, and no matter what else was tried, he couldn't leave his poor scratchy face alone. At five in the morning, the situation became unbearable, and so John stepped into the shower and shaved his goatee. Whew. His hands haven't been up on his face. It's nice to be able to see what he's saying again. --- I do derive a certain amount of pleasure from Failblog, especially knowing there are people out there who make me look so graceful and intelligent, but once in awhile, there's something that even takes me by surprise. This is one of those times. Semi SFW. --- New Year's resolutions? Sure I have some. They aren't *mine* but they're from somewhere. Do you know where from?... :-) I will not roller skate in the hall. I'll post the answer in the comments section if nobody else does. :) --- All right, that's it. Have a good Wednesday See you next year! ---
