Suckage & F*ckage Thursday, Jan. 15, 2009 - 6:50 a.m. I have been a follower of Vincent Flanders' "Web Pages That Suck" for almost as many years as I've been online. I still come here and have a look around. My favorite part of his site is the suckage checklist. Admittedly I do have older code and simple layouts, but gosh, isn't that kind of the point of the invention of the World Wide Web in the first place? To make information easy to access? Ah well. Enjoy his site. --- Here is one of the best condom ads I've seen in a long time. This isn't safe for work, unless of course you work someplace really cool. --- I recently saw that 'scientific' report about the dangers of mouthwash. Allegedly, according to that study, the people who used mouthwash were exponentially more likely to develop oral cancer. It also mentioned the fact that oh, by the way, those people using the mouthwash in the study also happened to imbibe copious amounts of tobacco and alcohol, which is what was causing the dragon breath in the first place. This same team of scientists may have also been the same folks who also came to the conclusions that frogs with no legs must be deaf because they don't jump when there's a loud noise, and that oranges were poisonous a hundred years ago because most of the people who ate them are dead now. --- That's all for today. Have a good Thursday. ---
