Happy Birthday, Old Buddy

Today is Old Buddy Dave's birthday.

He is forty three fingers old.

If any of you out there read the story "Put Me In The Zoo" when you were kids, the story features an animal named Spot who can change spots.

I went and looked up thie book on Amazon, because Dave tracked down a Spot doll on eBay for me. Spot is cool.

People giving Amazon reviews were puzzled as to whether or not the animal was a dog or bear or whatever.

Finally, somebody with more than a little knowledge about the character weighed in.

Spot is a leopard.

Just when we all thought there couldn't be such a human being as this, yet another lovely story surfaces about Sully.
