Relaxing Day Off Thursday, Jul. 09, 2009 - 1:37 a.m. Wednesday, I found a replacement camera, again. I needed an Olympus low end plug-and-play that took my already purchased xD cards and rechargable AAs. And my budget had to be under $150, because guess what? That's what it costs to fix a digital camera that isn't under warranty! Whee! So I found the FE-45, and, including a two year warranty, there was six dollars to spare. Thanks, John! --- Yesterday evening, Dave and I went to Disneyland again, and it was there, during the fireworks show, that I discovered that in my cloud of camerahood investigateness and purchaseness, I forgot to charge my batteries to use with the new camera. So that's why there are no pictures this time. Whoopsie! --- I am pretty sure my next digital camera will be one with the Li On battery setup versus the AA. What I've heard is that it helps the shutter speed and keeps a charge. I'm actually reasonably happy with what we found, and again, yay for the hubbins agreeing to the purchase. If we can scrounge up credit card warranty stuff for the previous camera we bought in May, that will be a plus. But for now, this will certainly do. --- Later today, I think we're gonna noodle around over at Ikea; Dave is on the prowl for cat food bowls. Heh. Yeah, I wrote that. Bass practice, laundry, and the parks. All in a nice relaxing day off. That's it. Have a good Thursday. ---
