Heavy Mental Sunday, Aug. 09, 2009 - 12:12 a.m. Well, today is band practice. I've been practicing vocals and bass all week, although I still am having more than a little difficulty doing both at the same time, with the exception of 'Dreams' which is two notes on the bass during the chorus, then two notes on the bridge, then back to two notes on the chorus. I'll be so glad to see our bassist again. --- When I asked one of the other band members if they had been practicing a certain song they'd been finding difficulty doing, they told me that, yes they have, but "mentally." So we'll see how the mental practice has helped. I suppose this means there will be a mental improvement in how the song sounds when it's being performed by us. Or something. :-) --- That's pretty much it. Have a good Sunday. Mental or otherwise. ---
