On This Date

Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009 - 1:09 a.m.

Alan sent me the final mixdown of the song on Friday evening.

I may smack my forehead a lot when it comes to him, but he does prevail as an excellent producer and engineer.

I'm glad to be working with him.

John and I really been having a good time watching the National Rugby League playoff games on Spike TV; I hope this is just a taster to see if American fans want this.

I sure hope so, as it's much nicer than the World's Wildest Disasters video crapola they've been airing.

---

Okay, here's a Friday Five.

How old were you when you first started blogging?

I've been doing Diaryland for nearly seven years. LJ on and off for about two.

How has your life changed since then?

Well, lots of ways. But I have an idea. Read on.

If you could go back and change one thing from your past, what would it be?

I would have run away from home a lot sooner.

What is one thing you would do to make blogging better?

I don't know. Maybe develop some kind of press credential that was blog-specific or something.

If you joined the spice girls today...what would your spice name be? (ie, baby spice, scary spice, etc)

I'm forty four years old. How about Old Spice?

Link is to the left.

---

As I mentioned above, here's my idea.

What I think I'll do every so often, probably on a Friday from now on, because I like the sound of Flashback Friday, is do an 'On This Date' linkfest from within my Diary.

Here are the September 26th entries for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.

Enjoy your reading.

That's it. Have a good Saturday.
