Patdown Party Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2010 - 12:34 a.m. For the first time since April, I completely emptied my suitcase. Eesh, I can't believe what I found in there. Clothing I thought was lost; a bunch of coinage, several different versions of the TSA bag contents, about a dozen of those little 'Hey, we were here and felt up your undies' cards, and some other stuff I haven't seen in eight or nine months. --- My health seems to finally be restored enough to travel. I did not need to take aspirin, nor cough medicine yesterday, nor drink something hot for my throat. Around the middle of yesterday afternoon, I did feel my furnace come on, so I know I had a fever for a few hours. But I think that burned the last of it out. Just for safety, I'm going to pack a dose of Robitussin for myself and bring cough drops. --- I'm leaving later this afternoon, after John rows me to the airport. Whatever I haven't packed is on a to do list. --- That's honestly about it. Oh, and I will be documenting this trip extra carefully, as I have an ostomy appliance, and I wanna see how I'm treated when we go through security. Hee. I'm insane enough to drop trou and have a little patdown party, so we'll see how that goes. --- That's it. Have a good Wednesday. ---
