Day Pass Tuesday, May. 18, 2010 - 12:44 a.m. John just had a brandy and soda and then belched the theme from Daria. Haven't been with the guy for 19 years for nothing. :-) --- Yesterday, I spoke with Alan at length for the first time since The Great Bigg Stupyd Adventyre. I yelled at him and he yelled back. He apologized and I accepted. We went back and forth for an hour and a quarter. I even let his wife know I'd called him names. The gist of her response was that there was a lot of that going around and she apparently granted me some sort of day pass. And at the end of the day, I think things are going to be okay. --- Alan reissued an invitation to the most recent folks we've been practicing with, and as of this writing, there's still crickets. I'm not too worried, though; it's completely understandable if they've moved on. At the very least Alan and I can work on the solo stuff over the summer and try and finish the CD. --- Later tonight, I head to Anaheim. While I'm there, I will get to see the Bob Chance Band one final time in the venue formely known as Cero's. And over Memorial Day weekend, my favorite Elvis impersonator Scot Bruce will be at Tomorrowland Terrace at Disneyland. Plans to hit the park if my health is up to it. Kittehs and Crystal Castles. The usual stuff. Looking forward to it. --- All right, that's it. Have a good Tuesday. ---
