Dirty Cheaters Wednesday, Jul. 28, 2010 - 12:27 a.m. Is it my imagination, or do all newborn babies look like Edward G Robinson?... --- Remember in those old serials where you'd see the car crash into the canyon and think the hero was dead, and then next week, they'd show the previously unseen footage of the hero jumping out of the car before it made the plunge? I felt like I got treated at least that poorly by General Hospital in the last few days. Thursday's show included gunfire by a madman, and two fan favorites hovering between life and death. As of today, one of them has nothing but a bandage on his neck and is probably going to get to leave the hospital in a day or so. There must be something in the water in Port Charles, because people who get shot in the chest multiple times just don't die there. And their surgical scars heal miraculously, too. Yup. Total rip off. Dirty cheaters, as Annie Wilkes would say. --- Barbie's getting a wardrobe. I'm a victim of eBay, plain and simple. In fact, the case lots of dolly duds available there are so plentiful for so little money, she is going to be dressing better than John or me. Conversely, there's Barbie detrius for sale there that costs more than we've spent on food in ten years. I guess it's all in what you think you need. --- And finally, happy 40th to Jamie!!! --- All right, that's it. Have a good Wednesday. ---
