Aftermath Wednesday, Nov. 03, 2010 - 8:32 a.m. Tonight, I fly home. As always, Old Buddy Dave has been the consummate host, and it's been a pleasure to spend time in The OC, but it's time to head back to the Bay Area. Special thanks to OB Dave's cats, Laila and Solange, who have perfected that old game Go All The Way Around The Room Without Touching The Floor Between Midnight And Four In The Morning. The bed, with special emphasis on my pillow, while my head is on it, is a pivotal point of interest in that endeavor. In all seriousness, they're good kittehs and I will miss giving them scritches. And hooray, I'll get back to San Francisco just in time to miss the homecoming parade for the San Francisco Giants! Whee! --- That's it. Have a good Wednesday. ---
