Run Sunday, May. 16, 2004 - 9:00 a.m. Yesterday I had every intention of going over to help with the preparation for the trade show coming up over Memorial Day Weekend; however shortly after I woke up, and after I made the post to Diaryland, my beleagured anatomy succumbed to what appears to be a slight urinary tract infection. Ewwie. So, I spent the day at home yesterday, taking cranberry supplements and drinking a lot of water. It looks as if I get to do this again today, too. Sigh --- Also! Yesterday, with the help of the husband's plastic, I did in fact secure two tickets to see Keane when they come to Cafe Du Nord here in San Francisco on June 1st. The tickets are only ten dollars each, and JJ says the venue is really kind of small, so if you wanna go see these guys, get your ticket NOW. I've listened to their CD Hopes And Fears several times yesterday; I am enjoying it more and more with each listen. --- Congratulations to Benjamin Maiyo and Albina Ivanova, the individual male and female winners of this year's Bay To Breakers race. I was invited to participate in this race next year, just after I turn 40. I think I just might. --- Todd's due home from Manly Man Weekend today. Hope it was a good trip! --- Sorry this entry isn't more verbose. I gotta go pee again. ---
