Moonstruck

Thursday, Jun. 03, 2004 - 8:56 a.m.

Brian apologized to me yesterday for what he did.

I appreciated him doing so, and I accepted it wholeheartedly.

Old Buddy Dave nearly burst a blood vessel upon hearing about it, but it's okay now.

---

I have started a 'trip box'. It is a leftover mailing box from Amazon, sitting on the futon, and I'm going to spend the remainder of the week placing things in the box that I don't want to forget to bring to Colorado.

So far, there's only my tarot cards in there, but today or tonight I plan to get out and get some travel sized toiletries and sunscreen, along with a disposable camera. I'm only taking my big black purse and my carryon, but then again it's only three days and two nights, so that should suffice.

---

It should be a gorgeous day today. I'm going to hope the weather holds through the weekend and that I bring it with me to Colorado. :)

---

Last night I had a movie date with none other than my husband. :) We watched 'Moonstruck.'

---

Sorry not a long post. The Keane evening and the long holiday working weekend are catching up.

I love that movie! Such a fairy tale!

Brin and I have The Italian Job on DVD, so we've both seen it more than once -- and it does hold up; probably because director F. Gary Gray is one of the few music video guys that also knows how to handle a feature film (& I wonder if the film is the reason we see so many Mini Coopers on the road). I'd love to sit and watch LOTR: Return of the King with Brin before she leaves for Denver, but I don't think we have an evening where we both have four uninterrupted hours available!
