Ides Of August 2007 Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2007 - 1:41 a.m. I almost never point you guys to YouTube, because most of the time I'm on a land line and don't go there myself, but I'm doing it today. Sometimes a mediocre hit song can find new life if there's a clever video remake. This is one of those times. I present to you: Hey Ya!, Charlie Brown. --- On the completely opposite end of the Here's Something Interesting spectrum, this website is where you can see if there's a sex offender in your neighborhood. Oh, goodie. I've been walking to the beauty parlor past at least one rapist and at least one child molester. --- Don Imus settled with CBS and I hope CBS got reamed. I'm hearing 20 million, which is more than enough money to put in the bank and run the Imus Ranch on the interest. It also means that Imus is officially free to be hired by somebody else. I'm hearing WABC is in negotiations. If in fact WABC examines their broadcast standards and decides that Don Imus is worthy of their airwaves -- I'm going to be very interested in which politicians end up speaking on his new show. Will they have decided to address the Nappy Headed Ho issue? Or is it still too much of a ... well, a tar baby to even discuss? I wait with 'bated breath. --- An Finely -- A kute Website Feechurin CATZ! --- Okay, that's it. Have a good Wednesday! ---
