SoS & PAOE Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2008 - 12:50 a.m. Welp, it looks like Hillary Clinton might get tapped to be Obama's Secretary of State after all. It concerns me that she can't correctly remember what happens to her when she's on foreign soil. Maybe she will get the hang of things if it's a full-time job. --- I have a dreadful habit. When I have to listen to somebody blather at me about something I know more about than they do, I get so infuriated I can barely think. This will probably be on my list of things to work on in 2009, but when people piddle on my shoes and tell me it's raining, it's their way of telling me they think I'm stupid. So far, though, having violent allergic reactions to Patent Authorities On Everything has served me well. I just have to learn to conceal my symptoms. Heh. --- Finally had a look at the Jef-fa-fa....dun-HAAAAAAM....dot com Christmas special. Not his best stuff, so unless Peanut counted for two thirds of the grade, I'd have to give it a C+. Nice, but kind of meh. NyQuil and Red Bull? Hm. Writing that one down. --- Anyway, there ya go. My arm and shoulder are improving; I think the worst is over, but this *is* MY back we're talking about, so anything is possible. Tangentally, get well wishes go to Scott Hysmith, who over the weekend, came as close to breaking an arm as a person can come without breaking an arm, and now has his limb ensconced in a hard cast for about the next week and a half. Eesh! --- Have a good Tuesday. ---
