Butter My Biscuit Monday, May. 11, 2009 - 4:17 a.m. Well, butter my biscuit! Did you guys know the postal rates have gone up? Not by much, but enough to burn you up if you mail a bunch of stuff with the wrong postage. --- Speaking of burns -- The Santa Barbara fire may have been started by somebody using a brush-clearing power tool. It's like rain on your wedding day, or the good advice that you just didn't take. --- I just noodled around and got another account for picture storage here on Diaryland. I've been skimping on my sunsets lately to try and save room for kitteh pictures, but my husband told me to go ahead and invest. Thanks, John! --- Thanks to the most recent folks to contribute to the Cat Repair Fund. My readership is awesome. On the subject of kitteh pictures, OBDave sent me one from his cell phone -- Laila's stripes are returning on her drumstick and belleh. And while Solange will pointedly escort Laila out of Dave's bedroom as an interloper, the rest of the apartment seems to be fair game to both cats. Things look good. --- That's it. Have a good Monday. ---
