Sixteen Candles & Three Bunnies 2003-03-28 - 10:23 p.m. Jamie's package was amazing. It had bunnies in it, which is always good -- and the Bridget Jones prop turned out to be rabbit ears, thanks be to insert deity of choice here if applicable. If he had sent me a thong, I don't know what I would have done. (Cross reference Drew Carey's self-deprecating comment about wearing thong swimwear himself; shuddering at the visual induced by his phrase 'Bartlett pear with a rubber band around it'...) Jamie has also fulfilled a request of mine that's been a half-assed backburner roundtuit project I have thought about for nearly half my life now -- but he went and DID IT FOR ME, thanks be to insert etc etc... Get this: He futzed around and found all of the original movie music for the film SIXTEEN CANDLES, music that didn't make it onto / into the home video release, or onto the official soundtrack. I've only loved the movie since I saw it in the theatre; what a wonderful thing for Jamie to have done for me. Oh. I get it. This is how REAL friends treat me. I have decided I like REAL friends better than the IMAGINARY ones Andy had foisted upon me. I love you, Jamie. And John does, too, believe me. ---
