Donor Tote Board

Tuesday, Apr. 21, 2009 - 12:01 a.m.

All right kids, here we go with a new total for your donations!

Yesterday, Art Caldwell contributed a hundred dollars to the Cat Repair Fund - and with the additional donations we've received in the last few days, the new total is:

$880.00!

This is right around a third of the Cat Repair expenses, and the folks who have donated have been amazing.

Thank you so very much!

Old Buddy Dave and I will be keeping the donation button up for at least as long as the cat will be in her cast, so if you are considering making a donation, please do so.

Any amount of any size is welcomed.

---

Laila is more and more mobile, less and less interested in her stitches, and as seen in this image provided by Dave, she and Solange are getting used to one another:

Nice picture, Dave, as all of her post-operative snaps have been.

Ooh. Maybe I shouldn't have said snap.

---

Today is supposed to be another warm one here in the Bay Area, and down in the OC, but hopefully the weather people are correct and the wave is broken tomorrow.

Ooh. Maybe I shouldn't have said broken.

---

In a couple of days, the vet bills will arrive here, and I'll scan them and upload them.

That's it. Have a good Tuesday.

I'd love to contribute, but being as I haven't been able to afford a toothbrush in as long as I can remember, I'm probably not a likely candidate.

Andy, I appreciate the thought. Truly. I know not everyone who wants to contribute, can. But the good thoughts are just as important, if not more so. And who knows, maybe things will turn around for everyone. I thank you all again - $880 in less than a week is still amazing to me!
