Back To Life -- Back To Reality

So now I'm at home, and it's Saturday, and the honeydos loom.

I haven't even unpacked from my trip. There are still clothes sitting in the carryon suitcase, which resides on the futon.

There's some stuff in there, like the socks I wore, and the t shirt i traveled in, that are too frightening to contemplate.

At least not until after I've had coffee.

I have been contacted by a cousin of mine, who is looking for suggestions for our family reunion.

It takes place One Week From Today.

I think I have volunteered to make name badges for this thing, but I'm not sure yet; cousin Helen and I will speak on the phone later today and I'll see if she wants me to do this.

The answer will of course be yes from me. I have a color printer and a paper cutter and I'm rarin' to go.

My hair was deep-fried by the conditions in Colorado. Every time I run my hands through it, fistfuls of it are snapping off.

So I just got back from Sally Beauty Supply with a bunch of various goops and potions to try on my hair.

Hopefully I will not go bald. :-)
