Sunset Monday, Sept. 26, 2005 - 9:41 a.m. Late yesterday afternoon, John sent me the following picture via phone: And when I saw how pretty the sunset was, I grabbed my camera and a few minutes after his picture arrived, I took this one: Sigh. Pretty. --- So last night I finally faced Tweaty Boyd via IM and he asked me what I thought of the movie The Matrix. It went better than I thought it would. I told him it was pretty to look at, but I guess he was expecting something deep and philosophical from me. I didn't like it very much at all. If you put glitter on a dog turd, that doesn't turn it into a christmas tree ornament. It's just a sparkly dog turd. However, the upside of my IM visit with Tweaty was that we coined a new word. Ladies and gentlemen... I give you... Crustmudgeon. Thank you. --- There's supposed to be some unstable weather here again; I enjoy the thunder a little more than I enjoy the lightning, but both weather elements are rare here due to the geography, so whatever happens will be appreciated. --- Okay. Done. Have as good a Monday as you can. :-) ---
