Tuesday night, the sweetest thing in the world happened to Old Buddy Dave -- One of his favorite television actresses actually came to the arcade / mini golf establishment where he works, and he got to talk to her... AND she gave him an autograph.
She was kind and charming -- and I'm glad she had the good luck of dealing with one of the nicest guys I know.
I am refraining from mentioning her name here, because I don't want non-regular visitors to find their way here and figure out where she goes to unwind; the rest of you out there, if you recognize the image, please play nice and don't put her name in the comments either. Thanks.
Saying of the moment:
Those who live by the sword get shot by those who don't.
Did you know that a Pentacle is not a recognized religious symbol for a military headstone?
There's a Yahoo group devoted to having this policy changed.
Okay. Kind of a quiet day for me today.
Have a nice Thursday.
