All Over The Map

Sunday, Oct. 15, 2006 - 1:16 a.m.

I lost about thirty minutes of production in GarageBand Saturday evening. Grrrr.

My fault, though. Too many applications were open.

---

Well, the Cinema Insomnia movie wasn't too terrible this time around.

It was a 1959 Roger Corman movie that I've actually seen before, called "A Bucket Of Blood" which was a sort of predecessor to "Little Shop Of Horrors" (both movies being scripted by Charles Griffith) -- and among the cast members is an extremely young Bert Convy.

Maltin gave it three stars.

---

Well, apparently John Karr is going to be on the Larry King show on Monday.

I am torn. I don't want this lying POS to have a moment of air time, and yet, he reminds me of my little Erasure Impostor friend.

I want people to see the show in order to get a feel for freaks like this so they can be avoided.

---

John and I went to Best Buy last night and escaped with only forty dollars damage.

Bless him, he bought me a USB hub, which has optimized my work like I hadn't thought possible.

No more hot swaps! Everything can stay connected while I work on my music. Yay!

Thank you, honey.

---

I got a Pootie Postcard from Kaiser yesterday.

In some circles, this is also called a Pap Smear reminder.

Guess I should go do that.

---

Old Buddy Dave called me late Saturday afternoon to tell me we lost Freddie Fender.

I loved FF's voice.

---

Okay, there you go. Have a Sunday.
