Monsters and Mouth Trots Sunday, Jan. 04, 2009 - 12:11 a.m. This is old news by now, but I'll opine anyway. On New Year's Eve, comedienne Kathy Griffin let fly on live television on CNN with one of the best put-downs in the history of the universe. I have a love-hate relationship with her, but this time I think she was fabulous. CNN is like, all upset at her n shit n stuff for telling a heckler "Shut! UP! I don't come to YOUR work and knock dicks out of your mouth!" But frankly, I'm wondering what other behavior CNN could *possibly* be expecting from Kathy Griffin? Decorum? Class? Professionalism and awareness that a person has to have during a live broadcast? Hiring a person who always acts a certain way and then getting upset at them for acting that same certain way seems kind of stupid to me. CNN: Quit bitching and pay the fine. --- It's early Sunday morning, and John goes back to work on Monday. Our circadian rhythms are still royally twitterpated, but I think we'll be able to turn around in time for John to be able to have me pack a lunch for him with my eyes actually open. --- John and I caught intermittent segments of the "Destroyed In Seconds" marathon on the Discovery Channel. Our personal nickname for this series is "Shit Blows Up". --- Boo Hiss to the douchebags at KOFY tv20 for ripping off Cinema Insomnia and inserting their own host. Yeah a hosted horror movie is never a bad thing, but for gosh sakes, I Want My Mister Lobo!!!! --- That's it. Have a good Sunday! ---
