Reading Glasses Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2009 - 12:07 a.m. My new reading glasses are here! As you can see, even I didn't know how bad things were getting until I saw the photographic evidence myself: They took two weeks to arrive instead of one, so I'm disappointed that a laser sight and X-ray vision were not included, but our vision plan DOES allow a new pair of glasses every year, so we'll see about accessorizing when December rolls around again. --- John's leg was indeed bunged up and stove in, and the chiropractor had to work on him for a longer period of time than usual -- but John seems to be on this side of feeling better. When he gets up to go to work, I get to go and spot for him in the shower as he climbs in. Not that this is a bad thing, of course. :-) --- I'm seeing where Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder Civil are getting divorced. You could have knocked me over with a feather at this news. Okay, not really. My first impression for the formerly happy couple was the same as for Angelina and Billy Bob: "Well, THAT oughta last forever..." --- All right, that's it. Have a good Tuesday! ---
