Reading Glasses

My new reading glasses are here!

As you can see, even I didn't know how bad things were getting until I saw the photographic evidence myself:

They took two weeks to arrive instead of one, so I'm disappointed that a laser sight and X-ray vision were not included, but our vision plan DOES allow a new pair of glasses every year, so we'll see about accessorizing when December rolls around again.

John's leg was indeed bunged up and stove in, and the chiropractor had to work on him for a longer period of time than usual -- but John seems to be on this side of feeling better.

When he gets up to go to work, I get to go and spot for him in the shower as he climbs in.

Not that this is a bad thing, of course. :-)

I'm seeing where Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder Civil are getting divorced.

You could have knocked me over with a feather at this news.

Okay, not really. My first impression for the formerly happy couple was the same as for Angelina and Billy Bob: "Well, THAT oughta last forever..."
